Welcome to our comfortable, in a pleasant secluded garden, friendly and relaxing accommodation, above Arbutus Cove. Nearby Arbutus Cove is a completely unspoiled tree-lined bay, and just a couple of minutes walk away.The coast road has numerous points of access to the sea, so the whole coastline can be explored. Snow-capped Mt.Baker can be seen from various local view-points. Arbutus Haven has glimpses of the sea through a grove of fir trees, with the San Juan Islands in the U.S. visible in the distance. It is situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood, yet close to the scenic coast road and the University of Victoria, and just a few minutes from downtown Victoria. A relaxed drive around the coast to downtown Victoria takes half an hour, the Olympic Mountains across the straits in Washington State, the Victoria Golf Course, Chatham and Discovery Islands, the Oak Bay Marina, and gives views of Cadboro Bay and the Royal Victoria Yacht Club, and the Race Rocks lighthouse at the mouth of the Juan de Fuca Strait leading to the Pacific Ocean.
